Description:
Pure coarse sea salt. The so-called Sale di cervia is a natural product that contains all trace elements, such as iodine, zinc, copper, manganese, iron, magnesium and potassium. This salt contains no additives, is washed with pure highly concentrated sea water and centrifuged. Contains a natural moisture of 2%, this is typical of unrefined salt. Is also known as "sweet salt", because of the limited presence of bitter salts such as, sulfates of magnesium, calcium, potassium and magnesium chloride, it acts much milder in taste and not so salty.
