Description: 

Delicate aroma, slightly smoked. Best served in thin slices as an antipasto or as a side dish to cooked meat. Also ideal at the end of the day. 
The seasoned pork mixture is smoked with natural wood and then matured for about 15 days. Mortandella is particularly popular with starter plates, cold platters or meringues. 

Ingredients: 

Pork, salt, spices, dextrose, natural flavors, antioxidants: E301, preservatives: E250, E252. Smoking through special non-resinous wood.

All products are produced according to traditional methods, with quality always first. For the products, only natural spices are used, which are still massaged by hand.  Particularly low resin beech wood is used for smoking. 

The recipes for spice blends are a well-kept secret that has been handed down for generations.
