Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for about 25 days. Maturation for 12 months in French oak barrels of the I and II occupancy. This is followed by 36 months of bottle aging.

All the vineyards are located in the most suitable areas of Barile and are between 450 and 600 m above sea level with a southeast orientation. Among these "Lo Storico", a beautiful old vineyard. The soil consists of volcanic rock, tufa and clay soil.
