Description: 
IPA originated in England in the 19th century and was originally brewed for the Indian colonies. For shipment, it was stabilized with a high hop and alcohol content. Aroma: citrus, flowery. Taste notes: malty, fruity and hoppy. 

Food pairing: 
curry and chili dishes, barbecue with sweet-sour sauces.
