Description:
Floriani, the new creative brew from Hubenbauer's Limited Edition series, stands for an exceptional India Pale Ale. At 6.2% vol., it is considerably lighter than the Empire, but still fulfils the classic characteristics of an "IPA" - higher alcohol content and intense hopping. For this special Barbeque India Pale Ale, the barley malt used was smoked together with bacon and Kaminwurzen, in the farm's own smokehouse. This smoked malt gives the finished beer an elegant smoky note and combines very harmoniously with the hop aromas reminiscent of peach. Moreover, thanks to the smoke, the "BBQ-IPA" becomes an ideal food companion to grilled and dark meat dishes. The smoke also explains the name: Floriani - patron saint of firefighters and chimney sweeps. 

Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. Possible residue at the bottom. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C. 

Bottle to:
15 bottles to 330 ml - 33 cl - 0,33 lt.

In 2010, Alex Stolz and his buddy Gregor Wohlgemuth started to turn a crazy idea into reality: brewing beer themselves. 
The idea came spontaneously: Alex didn't really like beer and couldn't really get used to what was available on the market. So the two friends decided to brew something they liked themselves. 
Since then, the beer has been flowing, so much so that in 2018 part of the Hubenbauer was rebuilt and today the new, professional brewery is Alex's pride and joy.
