Description: 
Our 3 Cime is an atout that was born with the lands of Ireland in mind. It has a dark colour with slight auburn highlights. It creates a soft, compact and persistent foam, while displaying a delicate perlage. Aromas of roasted malts such as cocoa and coffee. On the palate it is smooth without being demanding and the sip goes down quickly. The finish is balanced with a return of roasted flavours.

Food pairing: 
Red meat dishes, preferably stews or goulash. Excellent as an ingredient in Irish stew.

Monpiër - from 'mo n pier', the typical Ladin phrase pronounced by those who want 'another beer' - is the name of Val Gardena's first craft brewery. 
Founded in Ortisei in 2016, it was born from the desire to get involved of Carmelo, Diego, Jan and Tobia: four people from Val Gardena who have found a common denominator in beer. The Monpiër beers are named after the surrounding mountains and their respective heights, and are a dedication and hymn to the rock-like beauty of the Dolomites.
