Wok sauce sweet and sour 800g Wiberg

Wok sauce, sweet and sour liquid sauce. Typical fruity-sour taste, with garlic.

Use for authentic WOK variations and as a base for spicy sauce dishes, especially for pork.  

Ingredients: 

Water, sugar, brandy vinegar, table salt, modified starch, pineapple juice concentrate, rice flour, paprika, apricot jam (apricots, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup), garlic, preservative: potassium sorbate, spice extract.
