Description:
Naturally cloudy craft Weizen beer with Golden Delicious apple cider. 
A cider based on Weißbier. A strong wheat beer with an addition of 30% fermented apple juice from our own farm. It can be considered the perfect marriage of a creamy Weiß and a lively cider that offers the palate a refreshing and invigorating experience. As well as being very thirst-quenching, this rarity is well suited to accompany fresh, white or soft cheeses, and is excellent as a sorbet. 

Ingredients:
Water, apple juice, wheat malt, barley malt, hops (Delta, Centennial, Perle), acidity regulator: citric acid. Possible residue at the bottom. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C. 

Bottle to:
15 bottles to 330 ml - 33 cl - 0,33 lt.

In 2010, Alex Stolz and his buddy Gregor Wohlgemuth started to turn a crazy idea into reality: brewing beer themselves. 
The idea came spontaneously: Alex didn't really like beer and couldn't really get used to what was available on the market. So the two friends decided to brew something they liked themselves. 
Since then, the beer has been flowing, so much so that in 2018 part of the Hubenbauer was rebuilt and today the new, professional brewery is Alex's pride and joy.
