Description:
Classic wheat beer of southern German brewing style, craft-brewed according to the German purity law, with typical banana and clove notes. Creamy in the mouth, full-bodied with fine perlage. An all-rounder for food pairing. 

Ingredients:
Water, barley malt, hops, yeast. Lees may be added. 

Serving temperature: 
5 - 7°C. 

Bottle to:
15 bottles to 500 ml - 50 cl - 0,5 lt.

In 2010, Alex Stolz and his buddy Gregor Wohlgemuth started to turn a crazy idea into reality: brewing beer themselves. 
The idea came spontaneously: Alex didn't really like beer and couldn't really get used to what was available on the market. So the two friends decided to brew something they liked themselves. 
Since then, the beer has been flowing, so much so that in 2018 part of the Hubenbauer was rebuilt and today the new, professional brewery is Alex's pride and joy.
