Description: 
Artisan product, typical of the gastronomic culture of the Alps. Made with fresh pork without the addition of gluten, lactose, polyphosphates and flavor enhancers. Salty and spiced with sea salt and natural spices. Slowly steamed. Slightly smoked with beech wood. 

Ingredients: 
92% pork (origin Italy), water, salt, spices, flavorings, dextrose, glucose, vegetable fibers. Antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, sodium citrate. Preservative: sodium nitrite. 

To taste: 
The traditional recipe involves cooking over a low heat for 20-30 minutes accompanied by sauerkraut and potatoes. Alternatively, finely sliced ​​and accompanied with tuna sauce it becomes a complete dish. Thinly sliced ​​it becomes a particular summer carpaccio.
