Description:
It is an intense limpid golden yellow colour with slight green hues. Its aroma is ample and elegant, with distinct vegetal hints of artichoke and chicory, enriched by aromatic notes of basil and mint. Its taste is fine and rotund, endowed with a flavour of lettuce, black pepper and a distinct sweet almond finish. Bitterness and pungency are harmonious. A perfect accompaniment for bean starters, salmon carpaccio, spelt salads, risotto with artichokes, grilled fish, grilled cuttlefish, marinated trout, vegetable purées, first courses with shellfish, boiled fish, gilthead tartare, fresh soft cheeses and oven-baked biscuits.
