Suggestions for use:
Ideal if used raw as a dressing for salads, pinzimoni, boiled meats and sauces. Goes delicately with fish and meat. A few drops of Riserva di Famiglia make a sliver of Parmigiano-Reggiano even tastier. A unique flavour complement for fruit salads, ice creams, creams and zabaglioni. Finally to be sipped with devotion, alone or in company, before going to bed.

Carmelina Ligabue was born in Gavasseto, a small village in the province of Reggio, in 1891.
