Bresaola Unica smoked Cranberries ca. 700g Mendelspeck

Lean pork refined with cranberries, made similar to Bresaola and can also be used straight away. 
Pork meat (cut equivalent to beef bresaola) from EU countries, spiced and lightly smoked in a natural way, due to its compact shape the product is ideal for slicing. Blueberries give the product a sweet and sour flavor. 

Ingredients: 

Pork part 96%, sea salt, cranberries (less than 1%), herbs, spices, sugar, dextrose. Preservative: E250 (sodium nitrite). Antioxidant: E301 (sodium ascorbate). Smoking through special non-resinous wood. Gluten and lactose free.

All products are produced according to traditional methods, with quality always first. For the products, only natural spices are used, which are still massaged by hand.  Particularly low resin beech wood is used for smoking.
