This naturally cloudy apple vinegar has a fruity, full flavour with a mild, balanced acidity. Apple vinegar is obtained by fermenting fresh apple juice and is then matured in wooden barrels. 5.2% Acidity.
Ideal use:
For a variety of uses in cooking and as a traditional home remedy.

The philosophy of the Kerschbaumer family is to always offer their customers the best possible product. From the very beginning they have only used healthy and tasty fruit, never fallen fruit. They pay a lot of attention to the apple varieties used and how they are mixed. Only South Tyrolean apples are used.
Since 2004, the labels have carried the South Tyrolean quality seal.
The Weissenhof is located in South Tyrol, in the beautiful and fertile Adige Valley. The Weissenhof in Vilpiano is an old farm where food, including apples, has been produced for over 700 years. The Weissenhof has been owned by the Kerschbaumer family since 1915 and the fourth generation now works there.
