The Weissenhof is located in South Tyrol, in the beautiful and fertile Adige Valley. The Weissenhof in Vilpiano is an old farm where food, including apples, has been produced for over 700 years. The Weissenhof has been owned by the Kerschbaumer family since 1915 and the fourth generation now works there.
