Description: 
The colour is straw yellow with some golden reflections. The richness of the wine is expressed on the nose, which offers a bouquet of fresh white fruits (pear, apple, quince). The fruity notes are interspersed with concentrated accents of orange peel that enhance its olfactory opulence. On the palate, it is powerful, solid and expresses a beautiful constitutional vinosity. The finish is very harmonious, balanced and smooth, highlighting the richness of the wine.

Chardonnay - Champagne AOC Premier Cru 

Production area: 
The Lassalle estate covers 60 plots in the villages of Chigny les Roses, Ludes, Montbré, Puisieuls, Rilly la Montagne, Sermiers and Villers Allerand, all Premier and Grand Cru sites. 
The 16 hectares of the Lassalle estate are distinguished by their grape varieties, 52% Meunier, 22% Pinot Noir and 26% Chardonnay. 
The estate's vines are on average between 35 and 55 years old. 

Vinification: 
Manual harvest. Regulated alcoholic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation. Maturation in barrels for 8-10 months (3 racking). Bottling at the winery in April. Bottle ageing on the lees for 10 years. Degosage 4 months before shipment. Dosage between approximately 7gr/l

Food pairing: 
This Champagne Brut goes very well with fish dishes and seafood.

5°C sinking.

Ageing potential: 
3 - 5 years.

Champagne Jules Lasalle 
In 1942, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Chigny les Roses, Champagne J. Lassalle. When Jules died in 1982, his wife Olga and daughter Chantal took over the running of the house. As a forerunner of the future, Jules dedicated one of his cuvées to his niece Angeline, which is now the emblem of the house. Since 2006, Angeline has also been working in the company, following in her grandfather's footsteps. 

These three generations of women are keen to carry on the Jules Lassalle style.
