Description

Description: 
Bright, light ruby to pink colour; crisp, lively, juicy and refreshing on the palate. Fresh berries, cherries and red berry fruits on the nose. 

Grape variety: 
Lagrein - Alto Adige DOC 

Production area: 
The grapes are carefully selected by the cellar master according to location and quality, in order to fully express the versatile South Tyrolean terroir. The art, then as now, is to source each variety from the right site in order to consolidate the distinctiveness of H.LUN wines. 

Vinification: 
After harvesting, the small, intensely coloured berries are immediately pressed and fermented without the skins, giving the product its clear rosé colour. 

Food pairing: 
Served chilled, it goes well with fish starters, as an aperitif. 

Serving temperature: 
12 - 14°C. 

Ageing potential: 
more than 3 years.
