Description
Grapes: 60% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Sangiovese. Stored for up to 10 years. Decanting open 1 hour before serving. Tasting note: Intense fruit flavors of ripe red berries and plums, combined with delicious notes of sweet spices, vanilla and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate it shows a lot of finesse, as they show great French wines. The structure and strong texture seduce with a lot of enamel and boasts a modern lightness. A wine of the very great pleasure to! General: The Vineyard Aia Vecchia is run by the Pellegrini family in Bibbona in Bolgheri. The Lagon aged 12 months in barriques, then it is left for 6 months in bottle. The respected winemaker Tibor Gál managed to unite with this assemblage, the Italian terroir with the finesse of a great Frenchman. To eat: He fits very well with hearty meat dishes, grilled dishes, lamb, pasta dishes and rich cheese assortment. Delivery unit: 0.75 LT.
