Ruby red color, characteristic scent of ripe cherries and liquorice. Soft taste, characterized by a pleasant base of spicy notes.

Production area:
Furore and neighboring towns. Coastal terraces at 200/550 meters above sea level facing south. The soil consists of dolomite limestone.
Vinification:
The hand-picked grapes arrive intact in the cellar. After destemming, the grapes are pressed and fermented on the mash for about 12 days. This is followed by malolactic acid degradation and aging in French oak barrels for 6 months.

Cold cuts, tasty starters, beef and aged cheeses.
