Emperor's Wort has its main distribution in the Alpine region. For this reason, it has always been a plant in our folk medicine. The leaves were applied to hard-to-heal, festering wounds. The root, on the other hand, was used, especially when boiled in wine, as an antidote against poisons, infectious diseases and (presumably) as a strong aphrodisiac. The root is harvested in spring and summer, before flowering. 
It is an amarum aromaticum, i.e. a bitter aromatic drug. The pungent taste is due to the essential oil, which contains 95 per cent terpenes. These are strongly antibacterial, immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory. The bitter substances, on the other hand, have a general tonic effect, stimulate the appetite and aid digestion. Plantain extracts are very antioxidant and act as radical scavengers. This may explain its ancient use as a detoxifying remedy. 
The 'flower' is very stubborn, somewhat obtrusive and reminiscent of the intense scent of celery. 
Equally unmistakable is the typical pungent, bitter taste, which is however mitigated by a measured addition of sugar. 
Rock crystal enhances perception, self-knowledge and reason, provides a better sense of reality, and the liquid surrounding it gives the drinker energy and a better memory. It has a strong effect as a protective stone against dark energies and can also be used simply as a gemstone. So 'the man' has a good argument for emptying the bottle to get to the stone, which in combination with a beautiful silver necklace could serve to please the goddess.

The alcohol used for grappa and liqueurs is an alcohol made from organic soft wheat, of the best quality, of Italian production, without the aftertaste of the raw material of origin, neutral par excellence. The peculiarity of the Alpen High® - Seppila process is to use the aforementioned alcohol as an organic solvent and with the help of various natural products to create a surprising and tasty fantasy of flavors.
