Description:
After harmonisation in stainless steel barrels, this noble grappa made from Lagrein grape marc from renowned South Tyrolean wineries in the Bolzano and Merano regions was filled into French oak barriques for further refinement. Multi-layered, complex, with hints of dried fruit, vanilla and honey, an excellent balance and a remarkably delicate finish, this outstanding grappa presents itself like a concert for the senses. Aged for more than 85 months in barriques.
Serving suggestion:
Neat in a cognac glass at 18° C.
