equivale ad una vera e propria arte saper creare una grappa di alta qualità dalle vinacce di questo particolare vitigno che con poco alcool riesce a legare quell' enorme quantità di sostanze aromatiche presente nelle bucce e nei semi dell' uva pigiata. Ne deriva una grappa forte e consistente con un perfetto equilibrio tra la tipica fragranza del Traminer ed il palato piacevolmente invaso dagli aromi speziati della vinaccia.

Nella distilleria privata “Plonhof” a Termeno vengono prodotti distillati raffinati e grappe squisite. La qualità della frutta è decisiva per la qualità del prodotto finale. Solo frutta matura, fresca e sana viene fatta fermentare delicatamente, per conservare gli aromi, e distillata poi con grande cura e passione. I frutteti situati a 220 - 900 m di altitudine sono fondamentali per la gran ricchezza e quantità di aromi dei distillati.
