Beschreibung:
Es ist eine besondere Kunst, aus den ausgepressten Trauben des Gewürztraminers, den sogenannten Trestern, ein hochwertiges Destillat herzustellen. Letzendlich bindet nur wenig Alkohol unglaubliche Mengen an Aromastoffen, die in den Schalen und Kernchen der Trauben enthalten sind. Es entsteht ein kräftiges Destillat mit einer gelungenen Kombination aus typischem Traminergeruch und angenehm würzigen Tresternoten am Gaumen.

Feine Brände und edle Grappas werden in der Privatbrennerei Plonhof in Tramin hergestellt. Die Qualität der Früchte ist das „Herzstück“ der Destillate. Nur reife, frische und gesunde Früchte werden aromaschonend vergoren und mit großer Sorgfalt und Leidenschaft destilliert. Ausschlaggebend für die Aromenfülle der Destillate sind die Obstgärten auf einer Höhenlage von 220 - 900 m.
