Descrizione:
Il Sauvignon è un vino bianco raffinato e leggermente aromatico, con intensi aromi di mela, frutta a nocciolo, ananas e frutto della passione e dal sapore fresco. Il suo colore va dal giallo verdolino al giallo chiaro. La sua acidità leggermente aromatica e piacevole nonché la sua bella e intensa corposità insieme al suo finale persistente fanno del Sauvignon un vino assai versatile negli accompagnamenti.
Colore: giallo verdolino. Odore: fruttato: mela, frutta con semi, ananas, frutto della passione. Corpo: lievemente aromatico, acidità piacevole, bella e intensa corposità, persistente.
Uvaggio:
Sauvignon - Alto Adige DOC.

Posizione: Cermes. Altitudine: 400 m.s.l.m. Posizione collinare: Est - Sudest. Terreno: Depositi morenici.
Vinificazione:
vendemia a mano in piccoli contenitori, macerazione, pressatura soffice, fermentazione a temperatura controllata e affinamento in serbatoi d‘acciaio, senza fermentazione malolattica.
Abbinamento:
aperitivo, pesce e frutti di mare, carni leggere, pietanze a base di legumi, canederli.
Temperatura di Servizio:
8 - 10°C.
Invecchiamento possibile:
oltre 5 anni.

Il Mauslocherhof è un maso chiuso dove si lavora in modo sostenibile e a contatto con la natura. Uniamo tradizione e modernità, che si integrano a vicenda, creando dei bei risultati. Coltiviamo vitigni che in Alto Adige vantano una lunga tradizione. Vini rossi: Lagrein, Merlot e Pinot nero. Vini bianchi: Gewürztraminer, Moscato giallo, Pinot bianco e Sauvignon. In cantina ci affidiamo a tecniche moderne che ci permettono di lavorare l’uva con delicatezza e con cura e di “trasferire” in cantina e conservare la qualità raggiunta nel vigneto.
