Description:
Controlled, fully ripe apples or fruits are pressed into juice, gently expanded into first-class must and converted into pure vinegar. Now the vinegar needs time to calm down. The vinegar is stored and aged in local wooden barrels such as chestnut, cherry, apple or pear wood. Due to their gentle and original production, these vinegars are a real gift. Aromas, fragrance and color of the fruits refine and complete the taste of the salads and dishes.
