Description: 
The liqueur is a velvety black colour with a dark green reflection. 
It appears intense and opaque. The flower of the liqueur is strong and stimulating, reminiscent of the spicy scent of Christmas biscuits. 
The taste is intense and overpowering. A strong hazelnut aroma, underlined by a delicate bitter note, harmoniously complements an incredible wealth of flavours. The intensity of the nut is dominant and clear. Hints of cinnamon and cloves, combined with almonds and hazelnuts, create a round and full-bodied bouquet. The overall impression is strongly aromatic and intense, yet velvety and warm. 

The bitter, green-black oil, made from the unripe fruits of the walnut tree, unfolds an incredible variety of exotic aromas only after years of storage, giving the liqueur its typical elegance and charisma. An epitome of South Tyrolean pleasure and a firework for nose and palate. 

The so-called 'Nussila' in South Tyrol or 'Nocino' in Italy is probably one of the best known liqueurs served as a digestive. A long storage period of several years gives the liqueur a unique and incomparable aroma. No superfluous ingredients, no spices are needed to refine this drink, only invert sugar as a flavour carrier brings out the full-bodied bouquet of the precious nuts.

A small local company whose purpose is to produce high quality spirits and liqueurs using absolutely natural raw materials. All the aromas for grappas and liqueurs are extracted from different types of aromatic herbs, roots of precious plants or berries and fruits. After a cold maceration, digestion or evaporation, an aroma distillation often follows. They also use different hydrolates. The usual distillation after the alcoholic fermentation of the basic products is specifically renounced, as with this method most of the aromas and above all all the precious substances and active principles are eliminated. The alcohol used for grappa and liqueurs is an alcohol made from organic soft wheat, of the best quality, of Italian production, without the aftertaste of the raw material of origin, neutral par excellence. The peculiarity of the Alpen High® - Seppila process is to use the aforementioned alcohol as an organic solvent and with the help of various natural products to create a surprising and tasty fantasy of flavors.
