Description: 
Light amber colour. Intense aroma with soft spicy notes. Mature flavour. deep and velvety. Great balance with harmonious woody notes. Long and persistent aftertaste. 

Grape variety: 
Grape marc from grapes suitable for producing Barolo wine, harvested fresh during the harvest and selected Sibona. 

Ageing: 
Matured for a long period in stainless steel tanks, followed by ageing in oak barrels. 

Food pairing: 
Dried fruits, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate. Also delicious with mature cheeses. 

Bottle size: 
500 ml - 50 cl - 0.5 lt. 

Producer: 
Sibona Distillery 
The Sibona distillery is located in Alba, a Piedmontese town about an hour's drive south of Turin. It was founded more than 100 years ago and initially burned the fires with the help of a disused steam locomotive, in whose boiler the fires were lit. It wasn't until the mid-20th century that this was replaced with a modern copper flask. The distillery holds "Distillation License No. 1", an old distillation license that is only issued by the tax office if the distillery is a very traditional business with a significant past and the highest level of craftsmanship. This distillation license is also found in the logo on each bottle.
