Literally burnt wine (from the Dutch brandewijn), Brandy is the name by which wine distillate is defined worldwide. The specific name of Italian brandy is a guarantee of quality and origin: it indicates that the grapes and the distillation process take place in Italy.
Not all wines are suitable for distillation and ageing: the Poli family has chosen for its Brandy Italiano, the white wine variety Trebbiano di Soave, the white pearl of the Veronese area.
After distillation, the brandy is aged for 3 years in oak barrels stored in the underground cellars of the Poli Distillery, a process that gives the product precious spicy notes of coffee and nutmeg.
The elegant and sincere taste of Brandy Italiano di Poli reveals the great passion with which the distillery in Schiavon works every day: Notes of vanilla are flanked by slightly spicy aromas, creating a fascinating and refined combination.
Brandy Italiano di Poli is cosy and warm, like the fire in the fireplace.
