To preserve all the olfactory characteristics, Poli Distillerie has designed a bottle with a very narrow neck especially for the PO' line, a packaging that gives even more elegance to this delicate grappa.
PO' di Poli Morbida grappa is obtained from the distillation of Moscato Fior d'Arancio grapes from the Euganean Hills, an aromatic grape variety that, thanks to its low acidity, allows for a smooth grappa with a full and aromatic flavour that blends with the heady scent of citrus fruits and orange blossom.
Thanks to bain-marie distillation, the primary aromas of muscatel contained in the grape skins pass into the grappa, making it fruity and easily recognisable.
