This traceability is the history of each fruit, the attention paid to the agricultural know-how and the qualities transmitted by the soil. Each flavour of fruit puree has a traceability of the land, and for 36 references Ponthier already gives a growing region. Ponthier decided to go even further to meet consumer demands and continued its efforts with the creation of the PURE TRACE label, which reinforces traceability by indicating the name of the grower and the place of harvest for 19 flavours. 

And to go one step further, Ponthier is launching the Live Trace project, which allows users to see orchards live via a webcam, accessible by flashing a QR code on the purees' packaging.
