Flavor: aromatic, slightly acidic, it has two characteristics: the champignon note predominates on the outside, while the typical hint of marbling prevails inside. 

Texture: soft and tender. 

Milk: 100% South Tyrolean cow's milk. 

Ingredients: 

Organic whole milk, lactic ferments, rennet, salt.
