Pure - unadulterated and intense in its purest form, the apricot emerges from this distillate. The Psenner Distillery starts this distillate with hand-picked, fully ripe apricots of the "Vinschger Marille" variety from the Vinschgau Valley, fermented, followed by gentle distillation in small copper stills according to a process with which the company founder Ludwig Psenner has already set standards. 

This apricot brandy is neither sweetened nor cold-filtered and is therefore a masterpiece straight from the hands of the master distiller, for the purists among fruit brandy connoisseurs who want to get to the bottom of the origin of the Psenner house.
