Interval was born out of curiosity. We set out to find botanicals to create new taste experiences.
The recipe does not contain any citrus fruits, but in the Intervalo Amaro da Salotto there are gentian, galangal, absinthe, laurel, but also artichokes. Mint, sage and marjoram are then combined, the aromas of which are skilfully added through steam extraction, giving the Amaro an unmistakably fresh note.
Intervalo is a refined product, 100% cotton paper label, customizable with a signature or a dedication; Interval is magic. Let yourself be won over by its velvety taste. It tastes best when drunk neat.
