An esteemed apricot brandy obtained by fermenting apricots, carefully selected and checked for their ripeness, and the subsequent maceration and distillation of the puree using a discontinuous method in bain-marie stills.
Transparent and crystal clear in colour, it has aromas of ripe fruit, from peach to plum, of spices and obviously an intense sweet scent of apricots.
