Description:
Approach based on Grappa Trentina and a variety of lupine grown in Anterivo, a small mountain village in South Tyrol at an altitude of 1200 metres.
This variety is called "Caffè di Anterivo", a rare and appreciated local speciality, both botanically and culturally, originally used as a substitute for imported coffee and grown by only a few farmers.
Popularly known as the "Sweet Lupino of Anterivo", it reaches a height of 1.20 m, has blue flowers and yellow seeds, its pods are velvety to the touch and the roasted powder has a hazelnut aroma. Initially there are notes of chocolate on the palate and coffee in the aftertaste, delicate and persistent.

Among the wonderful Dolomites of Trentino Alto Adige, in Val di Fiemme, in the historic center of Panchiá, stands the ancient barn, now an artisan laboratory where the traditional natural infusions of the Trentino valleys are produced.
The production includes natural infusions based on Grappa Trentina. Every single ingredient is carefully selected following the seasonality and respecting nature thanks to the authorizations of the Autonomous Province of Trento and the approval of the owners of the funds of the "Magnifica Comunità di Fiemme".
