Description: 
This fine distillate is made by fermenting Gravensteiner, Gala and Golden Delicius apples from South Tyrol and then distilling the puree using a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. 

From the very first impression, this apple distillate shows its character and fullness. It is distinguished by its intense, enveloping scent and the unmistakable aroma of ripe apples.
