AMARO DI DOBBIACO - Dobbiaco Herbal Delight.
Gianangelo Barbierato developed this recipe during his hiking and cross-country skiing tours in the Dolomites. His knowledge from his studies of pharmacy and chemistry, his passion for Italian cuisine, the use of special extraction methods to obtain the most aromatically intense oils and the specific selection of herbs have resulted in a liqueur of a special kind. Poured over ice, it changes colour slightly after a short time, which is exactly the right time to enjoy the liqueur. Cheers!
Composition:
Wormwood, agrimony, bitter orange, anise, artichoke, cinchona bark, fennel, gentian, peppermint, rosemary, elder, yarrow, angelica root, star anise, calamus root, cardamom, caraway, fumitory, liquorice, lemon balm, sage, thyme.
