It is Paolo Marolo who wisely directs the work of distillation and harmonizes it with technique and passion. Its grappas were born in 1977 and, from a traditional product, they have become a product of excellence. Since then, the pomace of noble vines has been transformed into distillates that testify to a great faith in nature and its rituals. Today's distillery is the concrete testimony of how Paolo Marolo has been able to combine artisanal and traditional techniques with modern equipment. With this spirit, Grappa Marolo is constantly looking for new garments for its products, inspired by the classic bottles with the labels designed by the master Gianni Gallo, which have contributed to creating the history of the distillery.
