Alexander Ortler Distillery 
The distillery is located directly on the South Tyrolean Wine Route, one of the best wine regions in Italy. There are over 50 wine producers and wineries along it. It is therefore an ideal place to source the highest quality pomace. The already fermented red pomace, immediately after racking, is taken to the distillery to be distilled. After pressing, the white grape varieties are fermented and processed in our distillery. 
Enjoying the distillate should bring to mind memories of a warm summer evening under a fruit tree, a walk in the vineyard or grandma's kitchen where jam is made. With a lot of passion, ambition and attention to detail, we ensure this experience becomes a reality.
