Old Williams Antiquus is produced from fully ripe, sun-kissed Williams pears. In the Alpenfeinkost distillery, distillation takes place under particularly gentle conditions. 


The experienced master distillers give the characteristic distillate time to develop its full aroma. First, the distillate is stored in a clay cask, then in a barrique cask. This gives Old Williams Antiquus its fine wood cask note and its golden yellow colour.
