For our fruit distillates, we use local fruit from South Tyrol. The different varieties of fruit must meet high quality standards, including the fact that they have been picked and selected by hand. In this way we are not only able to ensure that fruit with external defects is discarded, but we also enhance the characteristics of the fruit, such as the sugary part, the starch, the acidity and the degree of ripeness.
Enjoying the distillate should bring to mind memories of a warm summer evening under a fruit tree, a walk in the vineyard or grandma's kitchen where jam is made. With a lot of passion, ambition and attention to detail, we ensure this experience becomes a reality.
