Description: 
The fruit for our noble brandy from Sicilian organic citrus have been gathered by hand from the fertile hillsides of the Ätna after they have turned the plenty of sunbeams into pure taste. In order not to loose any of the valuable ingredients the freshly harvested fruit in organic quality are cleaned and peeled immediately, mashed gently and distilled afterwards. Enjoy this speciality with its fine fruit aroma which is aided by the soft spring water which is orginating in the untouched nature at our manor Gut Baerenhof. The characteristic fruit bouquet is reminding you uncomprisingly of the fine citrus fragrance which is in the  air in Sicilian fruityards.
