Colore giallo dorato brillante, con perlage elegante e persistente. Al naso si dispiegano delicati profumi di agrumi freschi e fiori bianchi, preceduti da note più complesse di pesca e frutti bianchi. e Brut è perfettamente equilibrato. Lo champagne è fresco e delicato, con deliziosi sapori di frutta sul finale.

Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Nero 35%, Pinot Meunier 10% - Champagne AOC.

Situato nella pittoresca Tours-sur-Marne, Laurent-Perrier possiede vigneti di alta qualità nei migliori siti della Montagne de Reims, della Vallée de la Marne e della Côte des Blancs, integrati da contratti a lungo termine con i viticoltori della Champagne.
Vinificazione:
L'assemblaggio di questo Champagne è realizzato solo con i mosti della cuvée. La Cuvée Brut di Laurent-Perrier è composta da oltre il 50% di Chardonnay, il 30-35% di Pinot Noir e il 10-15% di Pinot Meunier, a cui si aggiunge il 15-30% di vini di riserva. In totale, più di 100 annate sono utilizzate per produrre questo vino, che viene invecchiato in cantina per circa 4 anni.

La Cuvée è ideale come aperitivo e si sposa bene con pollame e piatti di pesce pregiati.

Champagne Laurent-Perrier
Nel 1881, quando il maestro cantiniere Eugène Laurent ereditò la Maison di Champagne Alphonse Pierlot, la dotò delle basi essenziali per la produzione di grandi champagne, ossia le case e i terreni per creare una vera e propria tenuta. Acquistò vigneti nei migliori terroir di Bouzy, Tours-sur-Marne e Ambonnay, scavò 800 metri di cantine e creò un laboratorio di degustazione.
È così che il Domaine Laurent-Perrier (la Tenuta) è stato ancorato a Tours-sur-Marne. Questo pittoresco villaggio è idealmente situato all'incrocio delle tre principali aree vinicole del dipartimento della Marna: la Montagne de Reims, la Vallée de la Marne e la Côte des Blancs. Fa inoltre parte dei 17 villaggi della Champagne classificati nella prestigiosa zona dei "Grand Cru".
