Il Bombardino è la specialità italiana di liquore all'uovo a base di latte fresco e uova con rum per le giornate fredde. La sua ricetta proviene da un noto gestore di rifugi alpini. Tipica nota di rum, piacevole sensazione in bocca, corposo. Un liquore all'uovo unico nel suo genere.
