The secret of St. Urban Single Malt Whiskey lies in the maturation process: aged in Gewürztraminer Passito barrels, the whiskey develops its unmistakable character from pure spring water and barley malt. Light smoky notes, mild malt sweetness and wonderful fruit come together to create a special single malt whiskey.

Artisan distillery inaugurated in 2008, St. Urban is synonymous with the art of distillation of unparalleled quality. An essential prerequisite for the production of a brandy of unparalleled quality is the exclusive use of fruit from our own cultivation, harvested when fully ripe and carefully selected.
