Artisanal product of selected adult beef. Dry salted with sea salt and natural herbs. Softened according to the original South Tyrolean recipe. Lightly smoked with beech wood. Long seasoned in the climate and air
good from South Tyrol. Refined and light taste.
To taste:
Sliced it becomes a delicate appetizer to be served with soft cheeses. Ideal second course similar to bresaola with rocket and parmesan. Excellent as carpaccio with a drizzle of oil and lemon.
Ingredients:
Beef (from EU), salt, spices, sucrose, dextrose. Antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.

Without allergens:
