1 medal = 2 years ageing. This Balsamic vinegar of modena whit 6 medals is aged for 12 years in different wood barrels. 

Ingredients: 
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with cook- grape from Lambrusco and Trebbiano with addition of wine vinegars. 

Pairing: 
ideal for meat, fish, seafood, caviar, foie-gras, tartare, cheese, fruit mix, ice-cream, yoghurt, pancakes, decorations and topping,... pure as a digestif at the end of the meal.
