Ingredients:
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena with cook- grape from Lambrusco and Trebbiano with addition of wine vinegars.
Pairing:
ideal for meat, fish, seafood, caviar, foie-gras, tartare, cheese, fruit mix, ice-cream, yoghurt, pancakes, decorations and topping,... pure as a digestif at the end of the meal.
Bottle to:
250 ml - 25 cl - 0,25 lt.
