Ingredients: 

Black tea from organic farming, natural bergamot flavor. 

Lactose-free, gluten-free, allergen-free product. 

Preparation: 

Infusion time: 3-5 minutes in water at 100°C. 

We recommend using one filter per cup (200ml).
