What distinguishes PriMa flavors?
The difference is the production method: evaporation, recondensation and recovery.
It goes beyond the usual aromatic essential oils and overcomes the classic boundaries associated with instability at certain temperatures, for example, which would make them uncomfortable for the dish. In fact, PriMa means the quintessence of taste!
We start with essential oils, which are obtained naturally by steam distillation. We mix them with alcohol and the mineral salts that are extracted from the plants. This mixture boils at low temperature (in a vacuum), evaporates and condenses in a continuous cycle.
What we get is the quintessence of matter, its taste and aroma.
The bottom line PriMa therefore retains its properties when cooking up to a temperature of plus 300 ° C and minus 30 ° C.
