Description:
The Old Williams distillate is obtained by fermenting Williams pears and the subsequent distillation of the puree with a continuous and discontinuous method in bain-marie stills. The pears come from the orchards of the Psenner family and only the best fruit has the honor of being used as a raw material for this noble distillate.
From the scent to the aroma in the mouth, the Williams pear expresses itself at its fullest. On the palate it is intense and will leave a pleasant and delicate memory of its fragrance on the palate. The excellent product is the indisputable result of the careful processing and long maturation of the distillate before its final bottling.
