Description: 

Bianco - prepared for color stabilization. 

Ideal for stabilizing the natural color of white fruit, light colored vegetables and champignon mushrooms. 


Use: dissolve the White preparation in water, then briefly dip the fruit, vegetables and mushrooms in it. 

Dosage: 5 - 10 g / kg 

Ingredients: 

Dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid. 


Pack to: 

400 g of White color stabilizer in the aroma safe box.
